National Yoga Day: "Parent and Me Yoga"
Join us to celebrate National Yoga Day with a "Parent and Me Yoga Class." This class will provide a bonding opportunity for parents and their child in a yoga environment. Class will consist of simple baby poses, playful songs and basic baby massage interspersed with gentle stretches for parents.
