We spend so much time and energy on crafting our perfect pregnancy and perfect birth plan, but often don't spend the same amount of resources on preparing for the transition into parenthood. This class will focus on helping parents identify (and align) their parenting values, plan for the emotional ups and downs of new parenthood (it's not always as idyllic as it's painted to be, and that's ok!), and understand some basics about early childhood development, so you can parent with confidence from the start.
